Take your coaching, life and leadership to the next level with the Pathfinder Workshop.
Workshop leader: Christina Mai Hansen
Day 1 – Session 1 – Self Discovering
How do we tap into those essential qualities that make us uniquely who we are? Subjected to social pressure to behave in certain ways, we can gradually lose touch with our innate strengths, gifts and even purpose. As a participant you will be challenged to identify who you are, who you are becoming, where you want to go and where you self-impose limits. We will challenge you to unapologetically “take your lid off” and access your most spontaneously alive, expressive self.
Learning throughout this session will unfold and be reinforced by experiential exercises, dynamic group interactions, coaching and ongoing feedback.
By lunch day one you will have learned more about your self by discovering and accessing your own unique strength and power.
Day 1 – Session 2 – Collaborative Coaching
How do we join with others to create what we most desire? Building on the powerful learning and self-awareness from the first session, you will take what you learned about yourself and expand that understanding to working with others. You will become more aware of the different ways people learn and adapt, develop an appreciation for different styles, and have the experience of integrating your style with others to create a combined power that produces far more effective outcomes. You will experience opportunities to create from whatever comes up in the moment and discover how to work collaboratively, with new levels of trust and personal responsibility.
By the end day one you will learn to call forth the diverse strengths of your colleagues from your own celebrated strengths, for a synergistic power that reaches otherwise unattainable heights.
Day 2 – Session 1 – Change Coaching
Rather than attempting to rigidly control our environment, how can we use it to serve our objectives? Equipped with a powerful new understanding of yourself and others, this retreat challenges you to become fully present and aware.
Credible leadership requires the ability to authentically respond to what’s happening in the moment. You will experience a variety of situations designed to heighten awareness and understanding of your environment and your impact on it. You will learn to read and incorporate feedback in the moment, dealing with distractions using various techniques to notice the impact of timing and pacing and to create from what exists in the present environment.
By lunch day 2 you will learn to recognize and respond effectively to dynamically changing conditions and frequently unnoticed influences so that invisible potential becomes a source of revelatory learning.
Day 2 – Session 2 – Leadership in your life, your profession and the world
How can we enter fully into life, messy and chaotic as it is, and have a consistently positive impact on the world around us? The final session integrates learning from the first three sessions with valuable new material about intentionally creating the impact you desire. You learn to work with and create from chaos while being fully present, authentically self-expressed and responsible for your impact. This level of leadership demands resourcefulness, clear focus of your intention, and breaking through self-limiting beliefs. Avoiding nothing in the “pathfinder dance,” conflict and tension become energizing forces for life-long change.
By the end of day 2 you will be ready to assume new responsibilities and leadership roles in your life, your profession and the world.
